A very old stone stream crossing over the Seely Brook in Goosepond SP is in dire need of repair. LDTC was contacted to see if we could undertake this rehabilitation project. Local residents Jeff and Liz Zahn took up the task of getting the word out to generate public interest and to help fund this project. The full repair project is scheduled for a July 2017 start but there was an immediate need to at least make it passable until then. A few members from LDTC cleared out the wood and debris from the center of the crossing so people and animals alike could use it safely.
